Do you remember the most important dice roll you’ve ever made? Well we want to see it! For this contest, we want a visual recreation of the most important dice roll you’ve ever made. It could be a drawing, a photo, a mosaic… anything that falls within the spirit of the contest! Be creative! Surprise us!
The Prizes

Playing Cyberpunk. I was a Fixer, the go to person for information and contacts. My team containing 2 Solo’s (Cybernetic Fighters) both wanted by the law on bogus charges went with me to purchase legal weapons for an upcoming job. The purchase went down horribly and ended with a firefight in the arms dealer’s shop. When it was over we looted the whole shop (as you do).
We are running through alleys trying to escape when my GM rolls a random encounter. Now picture this. 2 mercenaries bristling with weapons and a guy in a disheveled suit bleeding from a gun shot wound to his left arm (me). As we turn the corner entering the main street a reporter sticks a mike into one of my Solo’s face and asks, “What is your opinion on the new gun control legislation?”
I see my solo reaching for his weapon and I have to react. I step in and try to divert attention to me so that my Solo’s can get out of here. My Gm says I need to make 14 to completely distract the reporter and the audience. My skill was 8.
In Cyberpunk the dice mechanic is 1d10 + skill and 10′s explode. I rolled a 10. So I rolled again. Another 10 followed by 2 more 10′s and a 9. This was a total of 57. I not only distracted the reporter and the audience, I also changed the legislation and gained a contact, the reporter.
My character had to keep his head down for a month because he became a write in on the ballet. He had random people coming up to shake his hand. The mafia who was behind the gun legislation had him targeted for a good beating. The Yakuza (Japanese mafia) decided that because I became influential that I would make a good pawn.
All in all the most important roll I ever made because it was felt throughout the rest of my character’s history.
