Obsidian Portal’s 2016 Campaign of the Year!

The results are in…

With the deadline for voting long gone, the votes have officially been tallied, and we now have our Campaign of the Year for 2016! Aside from the temporary downtime of the blog (again, a million apologies), which prompted an extension of the cut off date, things went pretty smoothly, which – considering the tumultuous roller coaster that Obsidian Portal can be at times – is certainly something to be thankful for (I know I personally am).

Having said all of that, the Selection Committee would like to once again extend its appreciation to Kobold Press for their generous prize contribution, as well as to each and every one of you out there in the OP Community. While no singular event or award could hope to make up for all of the issues, technical difficulties, and support lapses that crop up time and again on this site, we can at least strive to continue fostering the spirit on which this community was built.

And the winner is…

Coming out on top, after having captured 25.53% of the total vote, the winner – and Obsidian Portal’s 2016 Campaign of the Year is: Ptolus, City by the Spire!!!

Congratulations and best wishes to UselessTriviaMan and all of the players of this amazing campaign. Honorable mentions go to Mysteria (by twiggyleaf) and X-Com: Defiance (by cgregory) our first and second runners up (respectively). For a full breakdown of the vote, see the attached images below.
