Liveblogging at DDXP: you pick the seminar

The Dungeons and Dragons Experience is right around the corner, and although I’ll be there to get in on all the exciting new announcements, products and seminars to provide you all with a post show wrap up, I’d like to do something a little more than that. If there is interest enough, I’d like to take it a step further and add some moment-by-moment excitement for those of you unable to attend, by live blogging one of the panels.

New Content Director, New Contest! Seeking High-Res Backgrounds, User Feedback, Long Walks on Beach.

A new year brings a lot of room for fresh ideas, new goals, added features and of course growing the ever-expanding  library of awesome content that gets poured into Obsidian Portal on a daily basis. Rolling the calendar over another year also means new opportunities and more specifically in this case, a new Content Director! My name is Jerry LeNeave and I just happen to be that new guy, I hope you’ll bear with me as I shimmy myself into this fine suit of armor Dan has left behind.

Two New Features: Campaign Backgrounds and Player Secrets

We wanted to open 2011 with a bang, so Ryan and I worked hard over the holiday break to get these two features ready to go. They’re both in need of a little polish, but that’s never stopped us from launching something before.

January’s Featured Campaign: Honour Among Thieves

Friends, it’s January. It’s the far-flung year of 2011. It is the future. A future filled with spaceships, blood thirsty Reavers, and dashing pilots who may or may not be in love with space hookers. It may not be our present future, but it’s definitely the time-setting of this year’s first Featured Campaign Honour Among Thieves by DM BrandonSweet!
