Obsidian Portal Campaign of the Month August 2017 – Star Trek: Aftermath

Red alert! All hands to battle stations! The Dominion War may be over and done with; the “Nemesis” incident may have come and gone; but don’t think for a minute that the Alpha Quadrant has run out of problems in need of solving. Quite the opposite in fact. Now, we deal with what comes next. Now we face the Star Trek: Aftermath – August’s Campaign of the Month! So join me for an interview with GM friendlypickle as we boldly go where no Star Trek Canon has gone before.

Obsidian Portal Campaign of the Month July 2017 – The Miskatonic Society

Welcome to Arkham gentle reader. Ordinarily, I’d say you look as though you’ve seen a ghost, but I know better than that. You’ve seen something worse, haven’t you? Much worse. Something that pulls at your mind in ways you don’t understand, threatening to drive you mad. There there, don’t cry, that’s why we’ve come to Dewitt House, home of The Miskatonic Society, July’s Campaign of the Month! So dry your eyes and hold tightly to your sanity, Showrunner barrelv waits just inside.

Obsidian Portal’s 2016 Campaign of the Year!

The results are in…

With the deadline for voting long gone, the votes have officially been tallied, and we now have our Campaign of the Year for 2016! Aside from the temporary downtime of the blog (again, a million apologies), which prompted an extension of the cut off date, things went pretty smoothly, which – considering the tumultuous roller coaster that Obsidian Portal can be at times – is certainly something to be thankful for (I know I personally am).

Vote for 2016’s Campaign of the Year!

At long last, the time has come!

It has been a long time coming, but the wait is finally over! Yes, that’s right, the moment is at hand. You’ve watched, and waited (and waited), and probably wondered if this was even happening… and in return for your patience the Selection Committee would like to extend our most sincere gratitude, and our most humble apology.

As part of this particular Campaign of the Year offering, we’re taking the opportunity to include the lone Campaign of the Month from 2015, which – due to the temporary halt in featured campaigns – was never given the chance to appear in an end-of-year vote. Though a little unorthodox, the Committee feels strongly that it’s the right thing to do, and serves to get us “caught up” as it were. So without further delay, here we go!

Obsidian Portal Campaign of the Month June 2017 – The Forsite Irregulars

Hello and welcome intrepid adventurer! Looking to sell a bit of that heroism for coin I take it? Good! Because I do believe I have just the job for you. The patron is a little… elusive, but the go-between guy is great, and the pay is good. You’re not afraid of Cutpurse Alley right? Excellent! That’s exactly the sort of attitude you need if you plan on joining The Forsite Irregulars – June’s Campaign of the Month! So grab your miniature and come along as we talk to TheOldSchoolDM, the world builder (figuratively AND literally) behind this fantastical campaign.

Obsidian Portal Campaign of the Month May 2017 – Dresden Files: Nawlins

There is… a house… in New Orleans…. They call the Rising Sun… *sigh* if only they really knew. It’s actually a blue’s house, and the locals pronounce it Nawlins, but it’s okay. Just don’t cause any problems with certain portions of the clientele and you won’t end up like the Red Court. The place itself might be neutral ground, but that doesn’t mean they won’t find you later, I mean this is Dresden Files: Nawlins, May’s Campaign of the Month! So keep your head down and try not to look like a tourist. I’ve got us a booth in the back, GM mistaya can answer all of your questions, and should be here any minute.

Award Winning!
